This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The large and comfortable house with generously proportioned rooms are in excellent condition and super clean. The owners are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They even allowed us to use their kitchen to enjoy our delicious takeaway meal. The breakfast served in their spacious kitchen/living room is a treat, with a lovely view of green hills with cows and sheep. Patricia and her husband freshly cooked breakfast for us and were so courteous. The room was beautifully decorated with love and had all the necessities including a kettle, coffee, tea, and delightful cookies. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was amazing. Patricia thoughtfully added a privacy screen in the hallway leading to the bathroom. The bedroom was stunning and clean, with Patricia even turning on the electric blanket to keep us warm. We had a splendid stay and loved the option to use the kitchen which was very convenient. We hope to visit again in the future.

Patricia's amazing hospitality blew me away - from a 3am breakfast surprise to a warm welcome with tea and an electric blanket. The house is spotless, surrounded by green fields, and the rooms are spacious and comfy. Patricia is a phenomenal host who goes above and beyond - can't wait to stay again!

I loved the cozy vibe of the double room in Nobber. The tea/coffee maker was a lifesaver for my caffeine fix, and the patio was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy my morning cup. Having access to a kitchen was a bonus for preparing my own meals.

Personally, I found the lack of a separate bathroom in the room a bit inconvenient.

We got excellent value for our money with a beautiful room and stunning views. The location was ideal for relaxation, yet still close enough to visit other towns and attractions. The owners, Patricia and Tim, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The food for breakfast could have been improved slightly, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

They served a delicious breakfast in their spacious kitchen/living room with a lovely view of green hills and grazing animals. The room itself was beautifully decorated and well furnished, with a kettle and coffee and tea provided. The bathroom was also spacious and had a wonderful shower. The hosts were very thoughtful, providing a privacy screen in the hallway and allowing me to use their kitchen in the evening to cook dinner. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all top-notch.
